Deciding To Adopt

It's funny how deciding to adopt the second time was much harder than the first. I think we have gone back and forth over it for at least a year if not more. When we first adopted B we never thought we would do it again. All we wanted was one child to love and spoil to death. He is the light of our life in so many ways but has by far been an easy going child to raise. I have learned so much from him already. I remember the first time we adopted we researched and researched where to go, who to use etc all while we were trying to have a baby. Things were in some ways much easier this time once we made the finical commitment to adopt. That was the hardest part. We are both at ease with our agency and our choice of countries. We hope our family will be as well. Now if only I can be a ease with the wait times for adopting. Patience is not my best skill that is for sure.
