The Wait

I wish I could explain how annoying it is and frustrating it can be to wait with no real end in sight. As with most things there are good and bad days. Some days it seems we have been waiting forever ( uh it's only been a month) and other days it is no big deal. I think part of it is that our baby is growing up so fast other times we feel crazy for even thinking about another child! The sad thing is right now we are just in the start of the waits b/c really that is what adoption is all about. Waiting. You wait for Social Services to approve you, you wait for Immigration to approve you, you wait for the country to approve you, you wait for a baby and then for a airline ticket. Then we can't wait until the grow up. How powerful that one little word is. I don't think I like it no matter what the situation is.
