Small World

Yes it is a small world after all. If you have ever done international adoption before you know the first thing you do is try to find a others with similar situations. Or at least that is what I do. There is really no better support and help then other who are going through the same thing or whom have been there already. I felt a little seasoned since we have adopted before but I am quickly finding out there are lots of new things to know. Anyway I was searching for VN blogs and came across this beautiful little girl names Lucy. On Lucy's blog there were numerous other VN blogs. One night while wishing I was asleep I found someone in NC. I can tell you from my Kazakhstan group how wonderful it is to have kids to play with that have a real connection to where B came from. Even though he does not understand it now I know one day he will. I was very excited to find some other NC VN mommies. The one that shocked me though and made me realize what a small word this is was a women named Emily who is currently waiting on her little girl LuLu to come home. Emily lives near us and in talking we figured out that she used to work with me at UNC. I was shocked now granted it's been a long time but still thought it was very cool to have found that.
